Shipping policy

We offer shipping services via USPS and UPS economy for all orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination. USPS delivers packages within 5-8 business days, while UPS economy delivers packages within 3-4 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please use the tracking number provided to check the status of your shipment.

International Shipping:

We will ship internationally on a case by case basis. Please contact Rebekah @ ginghamandgolddesigns@gmail.com for a custom quote. 

Shipping Errors:

If there is an error with your shipping address or if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package. If the package is not returned to us, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
